With this photo of the delightful Charlie and Simon I thought I'd use the Adjustment Layers technique in Photoshop to create the warm black and white image. I used the black and white adjustment layer as well as the photo filters adjustment layer. I made the leaves on the trees brighter by increasing the green levels on the B&W adjustment layer. Nice.

The thing I like most about this photo is the fact they're not kissing - the moment just before the kiss is captured beautifully and that's what makes it so romantic.

I took this photo on a beach in Bude in June 2009 while I was waiting for my next decent wave. If anyone knows who these blokes are, who look like they're on a stag weekend, then please get in touch!
